Becoming an Architect and Head of Projects at Seed means working for a young and ambitious company. Your role is varied and includes different tasks and responsibilities. You will be working with relative autonomy and reporting to the Director. You will manage and successfully deliver construction projects from RIBA Stage 0 – 6 alongside other consultants.

As an Architect and Head of Projects at a property investment company, you will need to cope with a great variety of tasks, work closely with other colleagues and clients. 2) Prove your qualifications and experience

In order to become an Architect and Head of Projects at Seed, you need to have certain qualifications and experience and be able to prove them. We are looking for:

  • Degree level qualifications
  • Professional body membership (ARB/RIBA/RICS or similar)
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience

Any other additional qualification or extra experience will be a bonus to your application.

  • Knowledge of JCT building contracts and acting as Contract Administrator
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
